At LAXEROSA, every piece is carefully inspected before dispatch. Due to the nature of our products, returns are only accepted in the case of damaged or defective items.

Customers may request a return within 3 days of delivery by contacting us at:

To process a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with all original packaging. Clear evidence of the issue, such as images or videos, may be required for verification.

Once the request is reviewed and approved, further instructions will be provided. Returned items must be shipped back as per the provided guidelines.

Upon successful inspection of the returned item, a refund or replacement will be issued accordingly. Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed via bank transfer. Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be refunded through bank transfer as well.

LAXEROSA does not offer returns or exchanges for reasons other than damage or defect. Items showing signs of use, wear, or mishandling will not be eligible.

We reserve the right to decline any request that does not meet the above conditions.
